During my recent stay at the Mision, I was pleasantly surprised by the culinary offerings at Traspatio, the hotel’s onsite restaurant. I find that food often tells the story of a place, and having a passion for regional cuisine made dining here a highlight of my visit. Each morning, I enjoyed breakfast in the lovely dining area, where the delicate sounds of marimba music created a soothing backdrop. The menu featured local dishes that showcased the flavors of the region, each prepared with care. the fresh, homemade tortillas and rich, flavorful salsas truly stood out, setting the perfect tone for the day ahead. The hotel staff, who kindly upgraded our rooms without request, provided exceptional assistance throughout our stay, ensuring we felt both welcome and comfortable. The location was ideal, allowing for peaceful evenings while remaining close to the town center. I would gladly return, not only for the comfort of the accommodations but also for the inviting atmosphere of Traspatio. This gem is perfect for fellow food enthusiasts seeking a unique experience.
